Irritable Bowel Syndrome: Symptoms, Treatment And Diet

WHAT IS IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME?

Irritable bowel syndrome or IBS is a disorder that affects the digestive system (the large intestine) and usually a lifelong problem. In other words, if you have IBS it means you have uncomfortable and painful abdominal symptoms. Such as: tummy pain or cramps.
